We’re looking for another Founding Engineer who wants to join us in building the future of recruiting. You’ll be instrumental to the engineering function and have an insane amount of ownership. Most importantly, you’ll do meaningful work. This is an opportunity to be known as one of the pioneering technical leaders credited with building the future of how recruiting is done.

How you’ll grow tofu

• Lead key architecture decisions for the product
• Lead the scoping and development of new integrations, features and platform scalability
• Produce high-quality, production-ready, maintainable and scalable code
• Unblock and support team members and customers
• Champion our customers and users from an product engineering perspective
• Be positioned to lead the engineering team as we continue to grow

You’ve got

• Experience working at a startup or have started your own
• Excellent Python, Django and React experience
• Some experience with LLMs and NLP modelling
• Solid understanding of Django's MVT architecture and best practices
• Experience with Celery for distributed task processing and background job scheduling
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and experience with configuring and securing network infrastructure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you can clearly articulate the what, why and how
